How could I make order?

You could purchase our products at our web-store (here!). Alternatively, you could place your orders by sending us a direct message via Facebook or Instagram.

I changed my mind. How do I add/remove items or cancel my order? 

Completed order are not allowed to change/refund and cancellation order.

Currently we don't support adding to or removing items from an existing order. Please email us at info@journal-pages.com with your order number and we will try to assist you the best we can.



Is the item I want in stock? 

All products displayed on our site are normally in stock unless stated otherwise.  Occasionally we go out of stock at short notice or won't have enough to cover your order. In this case we'll let you know. You can have two options, either replace with other same value product or request refund for that particular product. If you urgently need an item it's always best to confirm stock by contacting us via  We are a small team of 2 so your patience would be much appreciated.

How do I pay?

We accept payments via PayPal.
Alternatively, bank transfer option is available only for customer who is residing in Malaysia. 

 

When are your delivery days?

Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday (Malaysian hours). Our daily processing cut off time is 1800hrs (Standard Malaysian Time, UTC+8.00), Monday to Friday.

How long does shipping within Malaysia take?

Processing will take within 3-5 business days.

Delivery is within 2-5 business days for West Malaysia or 3-5 business days for East Malaysia.

How long does international shipping take?

Delivery to Asian regions take between 7-10 days and up to 30 days for the rest of the world, give and take.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. We are a small team of 2 so your patience would be much appreciated. 

Sometime delivery might be late due to custom clearance procedures or local post office. Please kindly contact your local post office or relevant authority in the first instance by telling them your tracking number. They will have more information regarding to your package delivery. We will also do our best to assist you regarding to this matter. 

***To customers from Australia and Canada, shipping may take longer to these 2 countries (may take up to 3 months) due to their strict custom clearance.

All lead times shown above are estimates through third party shipping company, and we are not responsible for any delays.  

 

Do I receive my order partially if my pre-order items have not arrive?

We will ship out the order together with pre-order items unless customer request. Additional shipping fee may be charged. 


My order never arrived.

Please 
contact us if your order has not arrived after 5 working days from the delivery date for local (Malaysia) and 31 working days for international. 


I received a damaged item.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please email your concern to info@journal-pages.com with the following details within 3 days of arrival.

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name
  • A description of the fault, preferably with a photo

We'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Kindly note that our working hours are between 10 to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We will not accept return or exchange of items if contacted after 7 days of arrival.

I received an incorrect item/missing item. 

If an item is incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us 
with your order number and information regarding the wrong or missing product. 

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you failed to claim your parcel or refused any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

What is your Refund/Return Policy?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as duties on all returned items.
If the package for your order gets returned to us after no re-delivery is arranged when you needed to, we could resend you the package but you will need to pay for the postage again.
If the package is missing or disposed after delivery attempts by your local post office, we do not held any responsibility for any unclaimed package.  

Do I have to pay import duty or taxes and charges? 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 
We WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for unclaimed parcel due to unpaid custom duty.
