Awagami washi papers are crafted exclusively at Tokushima factory under the direction of the Fujimori family in Japan. With 8 generations of experience in papermaking, Awagami produces high quality and unique washi papers for fine art. 

These papers are made with natural fibers: Kozo, Bamboo, Mitsumata, Gampi and Hemp to yield sheets with an expressive surface and impressive character. Awagami papers are acid-free, made with respect and care for the environment and suitable for wide variety of techniques from printmaking, drawing, collage, bookarts, photography etc

Awagami boxed thick "Tesuki" handmade cards (w/4 deckle edges) are suitable for letterpress tags, jewelery cards or for miniature artworks etc..
