This book is a letterbook of 100 patterns by Morris and Arts and Crafts artists.

The Arts and Crafts Movement, led by William Morris, denied the cheap and undesigned daily necessities that were common as a result of the Industrial Revolution, and insisted on a “beautiful life” that united life and art.

Morris’s ideas influenced many artists and produced a number of wonderful design works.
